Boxie

A quieter corner of your digital life

Email, with a
human rhythm.

Less inbox. More conversation. Boxie brings the people behind your email into familiar, thoughtful chats.

Help shape Boxie on Android

We’re looking for personal Outlook, Hotmail, and Live users to try a calmer inbox in their everyday routine.

Free to test. Register interest today; Google Play invitations follow when the closed test is ready.

A little more calm.

People, before subject lines

Your email already is a conversation.
It should feel like one.

A hundred emails from ten people shouldn’t feel like a hundred things to deal with. Boxie groups messages around people, keeps unfamiliar senders in Requests, and lets the rest of your day breathe.

Maya From your email

Coffee this weekend? There’s a new place I think you’d love.

Saturday sounds good.

Replies sent in Outlook appear here too.

Familiar, by design

Follow people.
Find your place.

Read a relationship as one stream. Open topics when you need more structure. Keep the original email one click away.

New mail starts from the moment you connect. Your entire old inbox doesn’t arrive all at once.

01

A calmer front door

Unknown senders arrive in Requests. Accept the ones you want, or move the noise to Boxie’s Junk.

02

Your devices, together

Optionally set up a cloud vault, then pair additional devices. Conversation organization follows you across web, Android, and Mac.

03

Outlook stays yours

Boxie reads your mail. It doesn’t send, delete, or reorganize it in Outlook. Reply in Outlook and keep reading here.

Private by design

Your inbox is personal.
Let’s keep it that way.

Mail stays encrypted in your browser by default. Optional cloud storage receives only encrypted mail. Your vault key is shared through device pairing, rather than handed to our server.

Start with Microsoft sign-in and an encrypted inbox in your browser. Google sign-in is used only for the optional cloud vault and native device pairing. Cloud services process account and connection metadata when enabled.

The optional assistant uses the provider you configure. Mail you ask it to work with may go to that provider. AI is not required to read your conversations.

Your application data & withdrawal

DionLabs (D), reachable at support@dionlabs.ai, uses your email, application time, confirmation of the criteria above, consent version, and review status only to organize this test. Applications are readable by DionLabs and stored separately from Boxie’s encrypted mailbox data using Cloudflare in the EU. Applying does not connect your mailbox or create a Boxie account.

We keep applications for 30 days, then remove expired records in a daily cleanup. Withdrawal removes the active record immediately. Cloudflare recovery copies may retain removed records for up to another 30 days. A keyed, temporary network identifier limits repeated submissions; it expires after 24 hours and is removed in the daily cleanup. We don’t store raw IP addresses or browser details in the application database. Cloudflare still processes ordinary request metadata to operate and protect the site.

Save the private withdrawal link shown after applying, or email support from your application address to withdraw, request access, or correct your details. We aim to handle support requests within 7 days. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing. You can raise concerns with your data protection authority. There are no marketing subscriptions or automatic eligibility decisions beyond the stated entry criteria. Full Boxie privacy information.
